Code of Ethics for College Employees

PURPOSE AND EFFECT:

Update current policy to show specific prohibitions and to adopt a local Board of Trustees Policy governing ethical standard for all employees of Edison State College.

REGULATORY COST:

This policy and the current revision, has no economic impact or regulatory cost.

Any person wishing to be heard on the proposed rules and/or amendments will be provided an opportunity to do so by making a request within 21 days of this notice. A hearing will be held at 3:00 pm or soon thereafter, April 22, 2014, Florida SouthWestern State College, Building O Room 124, Charlotte Campus, Edison State College, 26300 Airport Raod, Punta Gorda, Florida.
