Tobacco-Free Environment

PURPOSE AND EFFECT:

Update current policy to include all types of tobacco and tobacco-like products including smoke-less tobacco and any other smoking or smoking simulation products including electronic cigarettes.

REGULATORY COST:

This policy and the current revision, has no economic impact or regulatory cost.

Any person wishing to be heard on the proposed rules and/or amendments will be provided an opportunity to do so by making a request within 21 days of this notice. A hearing will be held at 3:00 pm or soon thereafter, August 26, 2014, Florida SouthWestern State College, Building M Room 201, Collier Campus, Florida Southwestern State College, 7505 Grand Lely Drive, Naples, FL 34113 .
