Hendry/Glades Center Hosts Open Mic Night

FEBRUARY 5, 2014 – LABELLE, FLA. – Enjoy an afternoon of poetry, singing, comedy and live music at the Edison State College Hendry/Glades Center’s Open Mic Night beginning at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 19. The Hendry/Glades Center is located at 1092 E Cowboy Way, LaBelle. The event is free and open to the public.

Presented by the Hendry/Glades Center Office of Student Life and the entertainment group Smart Mouth Saturdays, the event will feature host Jason “JA” Alexander, comedian Timmy V, Quick The Poet and Creativity. Attendees are also invited to perform a piece of their own or just enjoy the creativity of others. Open mic performers can sign up at the door prior to the event.
