Magical Performances Planned at Edison State College

Mar 21, 2014

The theatre department at Edison Collegiate High School and Edison State College at the Charlotte campus proudly presents Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella: The Enchanted Edition. There will be three performances, April 4th and 5th at 7:00 p.m. and April 6th at 2:00 p.m.  Each of the performances will be held at the Edison State College Auditorium on the Charlotte campus.

“We are thrilled to have the students in the high school and college work together on this production,” said Diane Juneau, ECHS Charlotte Principal.  “High school participation is 15% of the student body at ECHS and a number of college students are involved in the show both on stage and behind the scenes. This show will be the first at ECHS to include so much student participation, as well as a significant amount of parent involvement with costumes, photos, and sets. The students are all very excited as they have seen their club grow tremendously over the last year and hope to see it grow even further in the near future.”

The tickets are free to all Edison high school and college students, faculty and their families, who present Edison student or staff identification. Tickets are $3 for other high school and college and $10 for the general public. Seating is limited, so purchasing advanced tickets is recommended.  To purchase tickets, or if you have any questions, please email Paige Williams at pwilliams10@edison.edu.
