- If you are ready to give a gift today, and feel you have enough information to complete the gift, you can make a gift over the phone, by downloading the appropriate form below, or by making a gift online.
- If you want to make a gift that involves a naming opportunity, an endowed fund, real estate, charitable gift annuity, or stock, a quick phone call or visit to the foundation is highly recommended so that we may assist you in the determining the best way to proceed.
- If you would like to name the Florida SouthWestern State College Foundation as a charitable beneficiary in your will or trust, click on the documents below OR call the foundation so that we may assist you in determining the specific intention for your gift.
- If you need more information prior to making a gift, want to meet with a faculty member of a specific program, meet a student, discuss the foundation, tour the campus, or any other request, we will be happy to assist you at any campus in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, or Hendry/Glades counties.
