In an effort to offer the community a chance to compete, learn, and network around a series of STEM related challenges, the STEM Tour is in its third season. The spirit of these events is to help highlight the critical thinking and communication skills required to complete Science and Engineering related challenges while working with peers in a competitive environment. This year’s Edison Challenge will focus on the pre-planning and learning from failure aspects of real world engineering. Teams may bring 5 rocks to use during the four events. Each event is a stand along challenge and points are earned toward an overall score. No rock can be used for multiple events. As details and schematics of each event are developed, they will be released via the links below. Remember to plan to fail so you can find a better way!!!!
