Join guest speaker Dr. Nyle Fort (Professor, Columbia University) for a dynamic talk that both explains the continued relevance of race and racism in America, while insisting on a more just future for people of all races and identities. A meaningful way to engage the legacy of Dr. King and the value of Black History Month, students, teachers, and administrators will leave with a deeper sense of what Critical Race theory offers, including its capacity to help heal our nation's racial wounds.
This program aligns with the Student Development Curriculum under Leadership Development & Community Engagement.
