Fitness Assessments will be offered at the FSW Fitness Center utilizing a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). A Fitness Assessment will determine current fitness level, as well as any areas that may need improvement. The assessment will include general tests of:
After a fitness assessment, the personal trainer designs a program based on client goals and physical fitness level. Each session is one hour in length. The trainer demonstrates how to properly execute exercises, evaluates progress, and adjusts the exercise routine as needed to reach fitness goals.
