PURPOSE AND EFFECT:

Addressing the operation of charter high schools and designating a school representative; establishing standards of ethical conduct for educators and administration and designate one administrator to service in role of superintendent.

REGULATORY COST:

Has no economic impact or regulatory cost.

SPECIFIC AUTHORITY:

Florida Statutes 1002.33

Any person wishing to be heard on the proposed rules and/or amendments will be provided an opportunity to do so by making a request within 21 days of this notice. A hearing will be held at 7:00 pm or soon thereafter, December 31, 1969, Florida SouthWestern State College, Collier Campus, Bldg M, Room 201.
