Students, We Assist With:

  • Portal: Log in and Error Support
  • My Labs Plus Set-Up
  • School-Related Software Applications
  • Virus Removal; Virus Detections and Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware Installation
  • Personal Computer Help: Browser Setup Support and Basic Software Removal to Increase Computer Performance
  • Students can request a webcam or a laptop for their online courses; please submit the form Student Technology Check-Out Request. Once the request has been approved, an email with pick-up information will be sent to their FSW Bucs email.

Please be aware that you will need to stay while we work on your computer. We cannot repair hardware issues or reinstall operating systems, but we can assist with troubleshooting what your roadblock may be.
