Author Matt Batt Book Signing at Edison State

FORT MYERS-January 23, 2014- Matt Batt, Author of Sugarhouse; Turning the Neighborhood Crack House into our Sweet Home, will be signing his book at Edison State College at 6 p.m. on January 27 at the Rush Library in room J-117 on the Lee Campus. Following the signing he will be conduct a reading at 6:30 p.m. Books will be available at the Lee Campus Bookstore for purchase prior to and the day of the event. This event is free and open to the public.

The book, Sugarhouse; Turning the Neighborhood Crack House into our Sweet Home, is Batt’s first memoir published through Houghton Mifflin. His work has appeared in the Huffington Post, Western Humanities Review, Mid-American Review and many other critically acclaimed features. He currently teaches at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
