The Bob Rauschenberg Gallery is pleased to present the recent work of Darryl Pottorf, a Captiva resident and former Edison College student. The opening reception for the show will be Friday, October 20 from 6 - 8 p.m. at the gallery.

Pottorf has been working as an artist for more than 20 years and has developed an international following with exhibitions of his work in numerous venues in the United States, Switzerland, and Germany. Pottorf worked as an assistant to Robert Rauschenberg from the early 1980s until recently, and he has collaborated with Rauschenberg on numerous projects.

Pottorf has created a limited edition print titled “Lemon Grass” exclusively for The Bob Rauschenberg Gallery. These offset prints will be available for sale at the opening reception for $1,000 each with all proceeds benefiting the gallery and its programs.

Pottorf's work will be on display at the gallery through December 2. For more information, visit The Rauschenberg Gallery web page. The gallery is located in Building L, the Humanities Hall. For a map of the campus, including parking, click here.
