Bob Graham Award goes to Holland T. Salley of Naples

Apr 11, 2007

Representatives from Edison College’s Collier campus presented the prestigious Bob Graham Award this morning to Holland T. Salley of Naples. The honor is awarded each year by the Florida Junior Community College Student Government Association [FJCCSGA] to one person in Florida chosen as the best community supporter of student government activities.

Salley is an interior designer, businessman, and longtime supporter of Edison College. Members of the Collier campus Student Government Association and Campus President Jeffrey Allbritten presented the award, which was announced at the FJCCSGA conference in February. Salley did not know he had received the honor until this morning.

Because of his tremendous support of Edison College, the Edison College Foundation created the Holland T. Salley LIFE Award--Leadership in Fostering Education--presented each year to people who have made outstanding contributions toward advancing academic opportunities for the citizens of Collier County.
