First Time in Ft Myers!

Edison State College Street Survival Seminar for Law Enforcement Officers

Street Survival® Seminars are the most dynamic, intense, informative and motivational training experience available to the law enforcement community. Street Survival Seminars train over 200,000 law enforcement officials annually in the most current methods of survival skills. For the first time local law enforcement officers can attend this highly respected seminar in Ft Myers. The Seminar will be presented this week at Edison State College through the Continuing Education Department. One major attraction is that law enforcement departments can now save the cost of sending officers out of the region.

All law enforcement personnel are encouraged to attend the Street Survival Seminar at Edison State College January 27 and 28 from 8:00 am through 5:00pm. Advance registration and payment is required. The two day seminar is $225.00 per police officer and $75.00 per spouse. To register, please call 239-985-3408 or email mholloway@edison.edu. Edison State College, 8099 College Parkway, Ft Myers.

Sergeant Sean Allaster of Clearwater, Fl was extremely impressed with the Street Survival Seminar: “Excellent course! A must for all sworn officers around the country or world. This training will help keep us alive!”

The fast paced seminars are presented by internationally recognized expert s and veteran police officers. The unique needs-based training incorporates real-life video footage and survivor stories to highlight the latest safety practices in the field.

Street Survival Seminar will help law enforcement officers gain insight into less lethal options available; prepare officers and their families to take immediate life-saving action in the event of an off-duty encounter; avoid complacency- one of the deadliest enemies of law enforcement; develop skills to effectively hunt terrorists in your territory; gain the mental edge needed to survive and win.
