The admissions committee will evaluate your official transcript(s) along with your application to determine admission points. Transcript evaluation may take up to 14 business days. All transcripts must be evaluated before the records check appointment which begins January 15, 2023. If transcripts are not evaluated by the 14th of January, your application will not be considered for this application cycle. Check often with your College Advisor to verify that your transcript(s) have been received and evaluated. The first passing grade (A, B, C) will be used to calculate admission points.

If you have courses on your FSW transcript with a prefix of GEE or SCI, they may meet the General Education or Program Specific course requirements for the Dental Hygiene Program. However, to have these credits appropriately documented on your transcript, you may need to initiate a Credit Review Form. Please consult your Academic Advisor immediately to initiate this process.

A grade of C or higher must be earned in all general and program specific courses to be considered for admission. Courses that are completed in the Fall 2022 semester will be included in admission points calculation. Those courses completed in the Spring 2023 semester and beyond will not be included in the admission points calculation.
