Farbotko’s Food Challenge

Students from each ship and each period of H.O.P.E. class prepared and presented healthy meals for taste testing. Scores were awarded for taste, level of healthiness, and ease of preparation. Since it was a group project and students had to work from home to pull together a meal at school, there was plenty of critical thinking (ingredient selection), communication (who is doing what), and collaboration (what should they make and why).
