Dr. Draulans attended University of Florida and graduated with her Doctorate in Pharmacy. After graduation she worked as a full time pharmacist in a retail setting, then she moved into the hospital setting. After several years of working full time, she and her husband had two children. She eventually took a few years off to spend more time with her family and the demands of raising two active children.
Dr. Draulans has always been interested in helping students learn. A few years ago, she decided to fulfill her desire to teach. She started teaching math and science in a local middle school, and also worked in Special Education. Currently she is excited to be teaching Physical Science at Florida Southwestern Collegiate High School.
Dr. Draulans’ interests include going to the beach, taking family vacations, and boating. Being a Gator grad, she enjoys having season tickets to all Gator games in the Swamp and attends every home game with her son.
