Prior to beginning field experience in schools at the baccalaureate level, the teacher candidate must be fingerprinted and complete a background check for the county in which you will want to work.  All counties are different, so make sure you read the information on the county that you are interested in.  All fingerprinting must be completed two weeks into the first semester.

Attached are detailed instructions, service center information and FAQ. Individuals will be required to register online and be printed at one of the approved service centers. Please note that it is very important that the instructions are followed properly. If individuals do not enter the applicable information and code when registering to be printed, the District will not receive their information and they will be required to be printed again at their own expense.
