Leadership Launch is a one-day conference with professional development, learning, and networking opportunities for student leaders across all four locations. Through this conference, you will be provided the opportunity to connect with transformative leaders and engage in dynamic presentations and interactive workshops.

The conference is held during the third week of the Fall semester.

Ignite! is an informative gathering aimed at introducing you to a wide range of leadership programs available to enhance your leadership skills and experiences. This event provides a platform for students to discover opportunities, network with program representatives, and ignite their passion for leadership development.

Leadership Simulation is an immersive and experiential gathering designed to provide college students with a hands-on opportunity to apply and refine their leadership skills in a real-world context. Through a series of challenging and engaging activities, participants will navigate leadership scenarios, collaborate with peers, and gain valuable insights into their own leadership abilities.

This event is held on each campus on various days in the Fall and Spring semester.

Leadership Refuel is a half-day seminar designed to enhance individual and group development, forge stronger connections with classmates, strengthen your bonds, trust, and communication, and provide critical insights and applicable skill sets amongst your fellow students.

The seminar is held during the third week of the Spring semester.

Discovering Styles that Drive Success! The Art of Leadership provides a unique opportunity for college students to assess their leadership styles and skills in a collaborative group format. Through interactive exercises, discussions, and feedback, participants gain insights into their strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth as leaders.

Rise Up! is a series of interactive workshops designed to foster awareness and open dialogue on a range of pertinent subjects, creating a culture of advocacy, empowerment, and understanding.

We discuss topics such as identity, free speech, civil engagement and discourse, and self-advocacy.

Attend four (4) Rise Up sessions and complete a Reflection to earn a digital badge!

What makes a leader a leader? What separates good leaders from bad leaders? Leadership Science is a series that examines leaders to discover and reveal what qualities, skills, and abilities they possess.

L.E.A.D.S. Center Sessions cover a variety of topics aimed to strengthen different soft skills and leadership abilities. Topics include Adaptive Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, the Active Citizen Continuum, Growth Mindset, and The Student Leadership Challenge.

A co-curricular certificate program that engages and guides students through a leadership development track. The program encourages students to identify their leadership style and discover how they can apply and build leadership skills during both their academic and career endeavors. Advance through three tiers as an Emerging Leader, Engaged Leader, and finally, a Leadership Coach to build confidence and become an impactful leader for the future.
