Feel free to reach us by email and or by phone between 10:00 and 2:00. Most staff are working remotely so casually stopping by the school is NOT your best method of contact. We all want to do our part to help slow the spread of the virus.
9th and 10th grade families should be in the pace of starting all virtual classes. Electives will be up and running by the week of 4/6.
11th and 12th grade families should have received email updates and please let us know how virtual D.E. is going!

FSWC – Lee is an AdvancED accredited and dynamic learning environment that is dedicated to creating and sustaining the independent learning process. A focus on helping students construct knowledge through projects, hands on activities, and lots of academic debate and discussion helps vest dedicated students in their own success. Teachers are not primarily in charge of dispensing information but rather serve to monitor a structure where students can develop critical thinking skills to access, apply, and investigate relevant topics. Approximately 35% of our student body qualifies for free or reduced lunch.
AdvancED STEM Certification is the first internationally recognized mark of quality for STEM schools and programs and FSWC – Lee is the first and only public charter school in Florida to earn this distinction. In order to earn STEM Certification, FSWC –Lee had to demonstrate adherence to the AdvancED STEM Standard as reflected by the school’s performance across 11 rigorous STEM Indicators.
An integral part of our mission is to connect qualified and motivated students to maximizing their dual enrollment options. Sophomore students with a 3.5 may qualify to take a single class and Junior and Senior students with a 3.0 are eligible for full time dual enrollment status. FSWC – Lee is a public charter high school serving up to 436 students operating on the campus of, and under the direction of Florida SouthWestern State College. The Lee County School District is the local sponsor. Full details about the school’s governing board (including meeting dates and past meeting dates and minutes), the annual budget, governance letter, SPAR report, and audit), as well as related management issues are available at www.fsw.edu.
