Teresa Palmer joined the staff in 2018 right after her daughter graduated from FSWC. Mrs. Palmer began her higher education journey at the University of Florida where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. Health and wellness are a passion of hers. Then she pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida and began her teaching career in 1996 in Charlotte County. In 2009, she earned a Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Teacher Leadership: Coaching and Mentoring from Walden University. She is a certified Kagan Cooperative Learning School Trainer and Coach. Teaching through cooperative learning and encouraging kindness are her passions. She also has K-12 endorsements in Gifted Education, Special Education, and Reading. Her mission as an educator is to inspire students to realize they have limitless potential to change the world.
