- Register and attend one of the Informational Sessions offered at 6:30 pm on the following dates: Thurs., Feb. 18, Wed., Mar 3, or Tues., Mar 23.
- Complete and online application between Feb. 1 – March 25, 2021. CLOSED
- Wait to hear from us with the results of the random lotter on April 1.
