The District Board of Trustees of Edison State College will hold a public meeting Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 4:00 pm in AA-177 on the Lee Campus of Edison State College to hear directly from a representative of the faculty regarding any remaining unresolved concerns as well as other concerns, to hear directly from the District President regarding faculty concerns and notify the board of any remaining unresolved concerns as well as any other issues which may negatively impact Edison State College, and develop agenda items for the April 26, 2011 meeting.
Meeting rooms with video and/or telephone connections will be available on each Edison State College Campus or Center.· Charlotte Campus – Room Auditorium (Video conference)
Collier Campus – Room J103 (Video conference)
Hendry/Glades Center – Room A110 (Telephone Polycom)
Lee Campus additional seating – Walker Hall A-105
Public comments are welcome. All speakers will be allotted up to two minutes of speaking time. All those who wish to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting are required to fill out and turn in a request to speak form at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
