Edison to host Early Bird Registration Saturday

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. – Graduating seniors are invited to jumpstart their professional success with Early Bird Registration on Saturday at Edison State College Charlotte Campus, 26300 Airport Road in Punta Gorda.

 

Early Bird is designed to help high school graduates enroll in their futures in one easy visit to Edison State. The event includes complimentary lunch, orientation, registration for fall courses and college placement tests, if necessary.

 

Interested students must RSVP to reserve their spot with Charlotte Campus Student Development Specialist Cindy Rallo at crallo@edison.edu. Festivities begin at 9 a.m. and students are encouraged to complete three easy steps in advance to maximize their Early Bird experience: complete an online application (Edison.edu/admissions) and submit residency documentation; bring official post-graduation high school transcripts; and bring official ACT/SAT test scores, if available.

 

Students also are encouraged to complete the FAFSA form online (Edison.edu/financialaid) if they wish to be considered for financial aid.
