The Edison State College Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting starting at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8 in Room 177, Building AA on the Lee Campus in Fort Myers.

 

 The meeting is to resolve the labor impasse negotiations between Edison State College and the Edison College Faculty Federal Union, Local 3513, affiliated with the United Faculty of Florida, AFT, AFL-CIO.

 

The meeting is open to the public. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the Board of Trustees with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.  This notice is required by Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.

 

Meeting rooms with video conference are available on each of the Edison State College campuses or center as follows:

 

Collier:                      M-201

Charlotte:                 O-117

Hendry/Glades:         A-110

A copy of the meeting agenda will be posted for inspection in the libraries of the Charlotte, Collier, and Lee campuses, and the Hendry/Glades Center, and also on the College website at www.edison.edu/district/board/meetings.php.
