Edison Students Receive Academic Award

September 10, 2013 – FORT MYERS, FLA. – The Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) has named 23 Edison State College students to its 2013 All-Academic Team. The award recognizes the academic achievements of students participating in various student clubs and organizations.

To be eligible, students must serve as a student leader in a college club or organization, maintain a GPA of at least 3.30, and must have taken a minimum of eighteen semester hours in the current academic year.

Edison students who were named to the 2013 FCSAA All-Academic Team are Natalie Artimez, Allison Blanco, Jessica Bruce, Andrea Cazares, Daphney Charelus, Jason Cooper, Ian Cox, Lucero Delgado, Georgette Diaz, Webster Duplessis, Joshua Freiberg, Jose Garita, Brian Gilmore, Yurley Jauregui, Guadalupe Lopez, Kimberly Miller, Jessica (Lauren) Mueller, Amanda Peraza, Laura Pieto, Paola Pieto, Anne Romelus, Oscar Santiago, and Emilio Vasquez.

About the Florida College System Activities Association:  The Florida College System Activities Association, Incorporated (FCSAA) is a statewide non?profit corporation regulating, coordinating, and promoting intercollegiate activities in:  Athletics, Brain Bowl, Forensics, Music, Student Government, Student Publications, and Theatre.
