Winter Break Hours and Drop Date Information

Dear Edison State Students, The Edison State College Administration is closing for Winter Break between December 20, 2008 and January 1, 2009. If you need to see an advisor, complete testing, register or pay for Spring 2009 classes we will be available until 4:30pm Friday, December 19th. We will reopen Friday January 2nd. Before we say goodbye to 2008, we want to remind you that this semester Edison State will only have one “Drop†date. If you have not finalized your class fees by midnight January 3, 2009 you will be dropped from your classes. To ensure each student has an opportunity meet with the Registrar or Cashier’s office, Edison State will be open on Saturday January 3rd to answer questions and process payments. Lee Campus Hours: Friday, Jan. 2nd – 8:30am – 4:30pm Saturday, Jan. 3rd – 9am – 2pm Lee Campus Advising and Counseling will open at 8:00am on Jan 2nd, 3rd, 5th & 13th Charlotte Campus Hours: Friday, Jan. 2nd – 8:30am - 7:00pm Saturday, Jan. 3rd – 9am – 2pm * We will resume normal hours on Monday, January 5th: Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 7pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm & Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm.
