The Central Scheduling department on campus is within Auxiliary Services. We have team members college-wide assisting to meet you internal event/meeting needs.
To check space availability or make a reservation, please complete the Internal Event Request. It is important to note that if you are requesting space on behalf of an outside organization, you will need to follow our contract process for facility use. The college is in the process of utilizing a new scheduling program (Schedlue25) for assigning rooms to academic courses. Implementation of this scheduling program began with the Spring 2015 semester.
Schedule25 (S25) is a scheduling tool designed to give optimal scheduling preference based on enrollment, room size, location features, and building preference by subject code. The ultimate purpose is to place classes in the absolute best way possible based on pre-determined requirements, while maximizing utilization of space.
- Ensure the best possible use of space
- Increase space utilization numbers
- Assist in determining if additional space is needed and if so, what type of space
- Prevent scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks
