Dr. Alessandro Cesarano is a dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic language educator with over 10 years of experience at the university level. He earned his doctorate from the University of South Florida in Second Language Acquisition & Instructional Technology. In 2019, he joined the Department of Communication and Foreign Languages at Florida SouthWestern State College as Professor of Foreign Languages. His main areas of expertise include learner-centered instruction, curriculum development, intercultural communication, and technology integration. He is a member of the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL), Modern Languages Association (MLA), and the Florida Foreign Language Association (FFLA). He regularly presents his work at various local, state, regional, national, and international conferences.
