Jul 29, 2015

JULY 29, 2015 – FORT MYERS, FLA. – Florida SouthWestern State College’s (FSW) School of Business and Technology will soon offer an Enterprise Networking college credit certificate (CCC). The CCC will enable students to achieve Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certifications in Windows Server 2012 and Windows 8.

MCSA certifications qualify candidates for administrative jobs in Information Technology positions supporting Windows Server networks and Windows desktop operating systems.

“Earning an MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification is the first step to becoming a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE),” said Andrew Blitz, FSW Technology professor. “The MCSA is the newest certifications Microsoft offers, and it is highly sought in the information technology fields.”

“FSW is excited to be able to offer this new opportunity as recognized industry certifications are increasingly demanded by local employers,” said Dr. John Meyer, dean, School of Business and Technology.

Courses to complete the CCC will begin Fall 2015.
