Turner Named Director of Institutional Promotions & Development

Florida SouthWestern State College (FSW) announced that Joe Turner has been named Director of Institutional Promotions & Development.
In this role, Turner is responsible for establishing and expanding community engagement and involvement with the college. This includes developing and expanding special events opportunities with local civic, social and business groups. He will also develop and manage fundraising initiatives for FSW Athletics.
Turner joined FSW in 2015 as coordinator of alumni relations. Prior to joining FSW, Turner was the Director of Public Relations and Alumni Affairs for Hodges University. He graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit with his bachelor’s degree in media arts.
