Unsubscribe from FSW Communications

Opt-Out of Emails to Personal Account PRIOR to Admission/Acceptance

  1. Log in to the FSW Applicant Portal*
  2. Select "Do Not Allow" for "Allow Emails from FSW?"
  3. Press "Save"

*If you are not automatically directed to the "Update Profile" page, click "Update Profile" on the top right of the "My Account" section. If you do not have an account or have forgotten your password and have trouble resetting it, email admissions@fsw.edu with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Opt-Out of Emails to Personal Account AFTER Admission/Acceptance

If you have not been accepted, you will not be able to log in to the FSW Student Portal.

  1. Log in to the FSW Student Portal*
  2. Click the address to which you would like to stop receiving communications from FSW
  3. Check the "Delete this address" box
  4. Press "Submit"

Opt-Out of Emails to Your Student Email Address

Student email addresses (@bucs.fsw.edu) are the property of Florida SouthWestern State College, and students are not able to unsubscribe. Please let us know what made you want to unsubscribe by emailing us at news@fsw.edu so we can improve our student communications.

Marking emails from any FSW email address* as spam from your student Gmail account may cause you to stop receiving ALL emails from FSW such as:

  • Canvas and Grade Updates
  • Faculty Communications
  • Important Academic Calendar Deadlines
  • More Important News
