Official high school transcripts can be submitted electronically or mailed directly from the high school to FSW Office of Admissions at:

Residency for Tuition Purposes

Per Florida statute, all students are classified as non-Florida residents for tuition purposes until a Florida Residency Declaration form and supporting documentation have been submitted and approved by the Office of Admissions. Enrollment Steps/Holds

Please review your FSW Portal account and check your holds under the student academics tab. Please contact the appropriate department listed to resolve your holds.

Visiting Campus

The Office of Admissions accepts many documents via postal mail, e-mail or through electronic systems, and in person during operating hours:

Mondays, Thursdays, & Fridays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
*Closed on holidays and all weekends

Pictures are not accepted for submitting required documents, therefore submit them as scanned pdf files when choosing e-mail submission.
