PURPOSE AND EFFECT:

Addressing the creation of codes of conduct and appropriate penalties for violations of rules or regulations by students, to be administered by the institution under statute.

Florida Statutes 1006.60

Any person wishing to be heard on the proposed rules and/or amendments will be provided an opportunity to do so by making a request within 21 days of this notice. A hearing will be held at 3:00 pm or soon thereafter, April 18, 2017, Florida SouthWestern State College, 8099 College Parkway, I-223, Fort Myers, FL 33919.
