Requirement of Accident and Hospitalization Insurance for International Students

PURPOSE AND EFFECT:

New policy to provide that all international students enrolling at Florida SouthWestern State College in F-1 visa status are required to have adequate accident and hospitalization insurance effective in the United States.

Any person wishing to be heard on the proposed rules and/or amendments will be provided an opportunity to do so by making a request within 21 days of this notice. A hearing will be held at 3:00 pm or soon thereafter, September 25, 2018, Florida SouthWestern State College, I-228.
