Title IX Team Training

The 2020 Title IX regulations require that effective August 14, 2020, institutions post information and the training materials used to train those involved in the Title IX Resolution Procedures (e.g., Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates and informal resolution process). If you are an employee who is involved in the resolution process and have received training on relevant topics, the information you provide on this form will be sent to the Title IX staff to ensure that FSW is compliant with the relevant federal mandate. Please be sure to upload any training materials. If you attend a conference with multiple conference sessions, you can include them all in one form.

34 CFR Part 106.45(b)(10) requires all training materials to be posted publicly. This page centralizes the materials used by FSW to train members of the Title IX Team.

The materials posted to this page may be proprietary and may be copyrighted. Those copyrights are registered with the Library of Congress. The legal penalties for copyright infringement range from $200 to $150,000 for each work infringed, and the infringer pays for all attorneys’ fees and court costs.
