Western Governors University (WGU) offers online, competency-based, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in fields like business, education, information technology and healthcare. With a flexible, self-paced learning model, and affordable, non-profit, accredited programs, WGU helps FSW graduates continue their education and advance their careers on their own terms and with little to no debt.
Excelsior University is an online, accredited, not-for-profit learning institution founded in 1971 providing accessible and innovative educational opportunities, and was among the first institutions to develop and offer online courses. As a member of the Florida College System, Florida SouthWestern State College offers its students the benefits of articulation agreements established by the Florida Department of Education. Students graduating from FSW with an Associate in Arts (AA) degree are guaranteed by the state of Florida to "have the opportunity to earn a bachelor's degree at a state university or Florida college offering four-year degrees." This opportunity does not guarantee admission to limited access programs.
