Full-time Faculty

New full-time faculty members participate in the year-long New Faculty Seminar. These sessions include an informational orientation session during duty days of the faculty member’s first semester, as well as a weekend retreat and monthly workshops focused on teaching and instruction, professional development and scholarship, and service to the college and community.

Adjunct Faculty

The Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) will provide an orientation for adjunct faculty members. The orientation may occur in a group setting, by individual conference, or through electronic means, as appropriate.
