Training Report

To obtain your training report for any training attended after 2-1-2022, please view the following steps

  1. Log in to your Canvas Catalog account using your credentials https://fsw.catalog.instructure.com/
  2. Click on Student Dashboard

3. Click on PDF Transcript Tab to generate your report.
