Send Florida SouthWestern State College Your Transcripts
Official high school/GED transcripts must be sent to the Office of Admissions at your preferred campus location in a sealed envelope or your high school can send official transcripts through the electronic FASTER System, at your request.
Recent or soon-to-be high school graduates, please submit your unofficial transcripts until official transcripts are available.
Students with credit by exam scores should submit official copies to the Office of the Registrar. This includes Advanced Placement (AP), Cambridge AICE, College Level Examination Program (CLEP), International Baccalaureate (IB), DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST - military exams) and Excelsior exam credit. Information regarding transfer can be found in the catalog under the “Degree Acceleration Programs” section.
Official college transcripts for all previous institutions must be sent to the Office of the Registrar.
Non-U.S. transcripts must be submitted to one of the approved National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) agencies for evaluation.
Evaluated high school transcripts should be sent directly from the evaluation agency to the Office of Admissions-International.
College transcripts should be requested to be evaluated course-by-course (by a NACES agency) and should be sent directly from the evaluation company to the Office of the Registrar. If the student has attended a U.S. institution, the transcript should be sent directly from the school to Florida SouthWestern State College, Office of the Registrar.
