The Florida SouthWestern State College Testing Centers offer proctoring services for students taking courses at other Colleges and/or Universities. If you wish to have an exam proctored at one of the FSW locations, be sure to follow the steps shown below to ensure that your test is available for administration:
Select the FSW testing location where you would like to test and make note of the contact information.
- Please note: Open hours differ from testing hours—see testing hours below.
- Provide the contact information to your school testing center/instructor so that your exam/instructions can be forwarded to the appropriate FSW testing location.
- Confirm with your school/instructor that they’ve sent the test information.
- Confirm with FSW testing location that your test information was received, and that FSW Testing is able to administer the exam.
- There is a $40 per exam fee (The Proctored Exam Fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable). The exam fee will be paid at the exam location the day of the exam.
Check the proctoring hours and availability of the FSW testing location where you are taking the exam. (Please refer to the Official College Calendar for college closures)
- Please Note: We will not be able to administer a proctored exam, if the student walks-in outside of the designated walk-in hours for proctored testing for the specific FSW testing location.
Additional Notes:
- A valid photo ID is required (government issued ID such as a Driver's License, Green Card, Passport, Military ID, or an FSW BUC ID Card, or a current High School ID).
- FSW must receive your exam no later than 3 business days prior to the date you wish to test. Any exam or exam information that is received after 4:00 pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
