The official transcript is the institution-certified statement of your academic record at Florida SouthWestern State College (and/or previously: Edison Junior College, Edison Community College, Edison College, or Edison State College). The official transcript contains the institution's seal and signature of the FSW's Registrar. It is printed on security-sensitive paper, or it is emailed through a secure portal.
