Ground Course Make-up/ADAptive Testing Appointment (non-Proctorio & non-Zoom)

Responsibilities for All Students:

• Email the professor a minimum of 3 business days prior to the exam date.
• Confirm that an auto-generated email containing exam details is received before the exam date. If the student does not get an auto-generated email, the professor may not have submitted the test yet.

• Create an appointment with Testing Services indicating the desired day of testing.

• Check in at the corresponding Testing Services Office. Hours and locations can be found here: https://www.fsw.edu/testing/locations.
• Present an FSW Buc Card or any other valid government-issued ID with picture and signature; e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc.

• Students must allow enough time to complete the exam prior to the closing of the Testing Center:

  • 1:00 PM is the latest a student will be allowed to start a test, if double time (2X) extended time has been granted by Adaptive Services.
  • 2:00 PM is the latest a student will be allowed to start a test, if time-and-a-half (1.5X) extended time has been granted by Adaptive Services.
  • Student have a fifteen-minute grace period after the selected appointment time. After the grace period passes, the student may still choose to test but he or she must sign a waiver acknowledging that testing will end promptly by 4:15 PM, therefore, relinquishing the rest of the exam time.
  • If the student cannot start on time and does not want to relinquish the rest of the extended time, the student must contact the professor to arrange a different testing date.
