Placement Test for Other Florida Colleges/Institutions (non-FSW)

Florida SouthWestern State College charges $25.00 to administer the placement test for Other Florida Colleges/Institutions. The testing fee will be paid Online and receipt of payment presented to the Testing Staff before the test is administered.

In order for FSW to administer the Placement Test for another institution, FSW Testing must receive written permission from your school/institution.
Please have your school/institution complete the below form, providing permission for FSW to administer a placement exam.
Once your school/institution has completed the form, FSW Testing will review the information and determine if the exam can be administered.
Once the exam is approved, FSW Testing will contact you via email to confirm the information was received, to set up an appointment for the exam (Placement Testing is by appointment only), and to provide a link to pay the proctored exam fee.
The proctored exam fee is $25 (the exam fee is non-refundable, non-transferable), and the receipt of payment must be presented to the FSW Testing Center staff on the test day.
A valid photo ID is required to test (government issued ID such as a Driver’s License, Green Card, Passport, Military ID, or an FSW BUC ID Card, or a current High School or School ID).
